On a ten day trip through Asia, Trump announced that he wants to open negotiations with Kim Jong Un. This is a change from his prior stance on dealing with him. Trump also used this opportunity while in South Korea to reduce our trade deficit with them by agreeing to sell them billions of dollars worth of military equipment in case the situation with North Korea escalates any further. His resignation placed Lebanon at the head of the regional contest between Iran and Saudi Arabia.Week of 11-13-17 KaneI had an experience while working this past week that I thought demonstrated quality leadership over quality management. The situation was that I did not have to work until noon, however there was a large case order that was to be dispatched at 9 a.m, and my co-worker was to deliver it by himself. I was conveniently in the area and instead of heading home to wait to go to work I actually went to the site and helped my co-worker which obviously improved efficiency and cut costs because I wasn’t paid for the time, since it is a family business they were appreciative of my efforts.
